Cuisine with a Conscience: There’s a new vegan, raw and organic restaurant in town that promises zero food waste and eco-friendly everything.

Look & Feel: Full of copper, wood and lots of natural light, HOME – Eat to Live takes up two casual floors in Central’s Nexxus Building. Downstairs, find a takeaway counter, breakfast bar and cocktail bar, while more seating awaits upstairs.

Home - Eat to Live
Inside Home – Eat to Live

Meet the Chef: Los Angeles-born chef Ken Cazeñas is behind the fresh, wholesome food.

On the Menu: This is Hong Kong’s new haven for all things raw, gluten-free, homemade, vegan and natural. And, no, there’s no meat or fish on the menu! Instead, devour plant-based flat breads, earth bowls, burgers and salads made with locally sourced ingredients, some of which come from HOME’s own rooftop garden. As for juices and alcohol (yes, there’s alcohol), give the nutrient-dense cocktails a try. The tequila-laced Jade, for example, contains kale, spinach, green bell pepper, green apple, and parsley.

FYI: HOME is the brainchild of Christian CGM, who co-founded MANA! Fast Food Slow.
