Modern British Everything: British furniture shop Timothy Oulton has decided to sell more than just leather couches at its Gough Street shop — and so now we have Gough’s On Gough, a modern British dining concept, on its premises.

Look & Feel: The two-story space has a bit of an eclectic feel, making use of Timothy Oulton furniture, trippy black and white tiles, and neutral woods.

On the Menu: Modern British with worldly influences is what you’ll get at Gough’s On Gough. So it’s wagyu steak with potatoes, Hungarian chicken, and lychee sorbet to cover the globe. There’s also an emphasis on seafood: think fresh oysters, prawn cocktails, Scottish brown crab salad and entire seafood platters. Besides food, Gough’s On Gough also serves cocktails inspired by Winston Churchill (because why not).

Meet the Chef: Chef Arron Rhodes has worked in fine-dining kitchens all over the world.

Great For: Team dinners, date nights.

FYI: There’s a deep-sea diver statue to greet guests at the entrance. He’s got a name: Derek the Diver.
