experience. Well, F.I.G.S. Bistro Mediterranean & Apéro Terrace Bar, is here to give just that and more. With an indoor-outdoor setting in Cityplaza, F.I.G.S offers a parade of Mediterranean flavors to the neighborhood’s residents and office workers. The appealing venue is artfully designed and operated by the Silver Oak Group, which operates other buzzing establishments including Quiero Más in Central and The Bayside in Kowloon.
Look & Feel: The 6,000-square-foot space offers a comfortable upscale atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. This makes it an ideal destination for celebratory occasions or casual dining.
Designed by the renowned designer, Hernan Zanghellini, each design detail of
the restaurant pays homage to architectural elements across the Mediterranean region. We’re talking about the Classic terracotta and vibrant azure blues that evoke idyllic sunset hues. The intricate sea-green tiles are reminiscent of the Mediterranean sea. Depending on the weather, enjoy a cozy booth indoors or the fresh breeze on the atmospheric terrace.
On the Menu: Let’s get down to the exciting part — the food & drinks. Chef Gary & Chef Javier are taking over the F.I.G.S menu with their critically acclaimed panache and creative culinary stylings. Diners can expect an extensive & carefully curated menu. Take a trip to the French Riviera and relish in the art of gourmet dining with the peppered Tuna Tartare on home-baked macarons. Make a quick pit stop on the Sicilian coast with recipes taken from Nonna’s cookbook such as the decadent Crab Cannelloni and a selection of homemade pasta. Continue your journey through the scenic Greek coastline with the smoky Chicken Souvlaki and Slow-cooked Lamb Shank in Thyme and Oregano. Complete the voyage on the shores of Spain, as you indulge in Jamón Ibérico & Cheese Croquetas.
The Mediterranean feast comes to a sweet finale with the White Chocolate F.I.G.S. Tart and crunchy Churros. Of course, we cannot forget the sweet, sweet cocktails. There’s an exciting assortment of craft cocktails such as the home-infused gin blended by the legendary Vincent Chue.
