Lobster in Sai Wan Ho: Cull ‘N Pistol continues the seafood trend with a New England-style, lobster-focused establishment near the shores of Sai Wan Ho.

Look & Feel: Cull ‘N Pistol’s open concept gives it a breezy al fresco vibe. Enjoy your meal at simple bistro tables near the front or the cute bar at the back.

Cull ‘N Pistol’s alfresco spot

On the Menu: It’s lobster and then some at Cull ‘N Pistol, natch. The coral crustaceans come from the crispy cold waters of Canada, and are variously baked, processed into buttery lobster rolls, or cooked any way you prefer. There’s also an endless of seafood options, from New England clam chowders and clam bakes to fresh and deep-fried oysters.

Great For: Pescatarians, long lunches, a casually indulgent dinner.

FYI: Cull and pistol are industry lingo. A lobster that’s lost a claw is called a ‘cull,’ and a lobster that’s lost both claws is called a ‘pistol.’
