All-day Australian: This cozy bistro in SoHo serves up casual Australian fare, and is a new venture from Shane Osborne of fine-dining restaurant Arcane — and Netflix’s “Final Table” fame.

Look & Feel: Located at the heart of Hollywood Road, Cornerstone only has 24 seats. Expect a sun-drenched space, and contemporary interiors designed by architect Sean Dix.

On the Menu: Modern dishes that are sure to be a hit, whether it be those looking for a business lunch, late-afternoon bite or evening out for two. Take your pick from appertizers like smoked salmon ($148) and chicken oyster ($128), and heartier dishes like tagliatelle with smoked sausage ($148) and Wagyu bavette with red onion, rocket, ciabatta and mustard mayonnaise.

Meet the Chef: Head chef Neal Ledesma previously worked at Arcane, and was instrumental in the creation of many of Cornerstone’s dishes.

FYI: There are no reservations, and with such limited space, be sure to get there early!
