Korean Fried Chicken: Chibee is riding the K-culture wave with a KFC and beer joint in bustling Causeway Bay.

Look & Feel: Yellow and brown are the main colors here, and the cheery chicken hof’s ambassador is a cartoon mascot that looks like Psy.

On the Menu: Chicken, chicken, chicken: deep-fried, drenched in soy sauce and garlic, topped with spring onions, covered in basil pesto. There are also noodles, sandwiches, and other snacks to go along with the dishes.

Chibee
Psy-chedelic!

Service: Despite the casual nature of this fast food house, there is staff around to take your orders and deliver the goods to your table.

Jeng: The chicken is amazeballs: the skin is crispy, the meat is incredibly juicy, and we bet you’re not gonna stop at one. Chibee also whips up some delicious snacks, like spicy rice cakes and pan-fried dumplings.

Great For: A protein-heavy meal, a hangover cure.

FYI: John Liang runs Chibee, and he’s one of the co-owners of Three Monkeys group, which specializes in Japanese restaurants around town.
