Breezy Day Out: The Tung Chung dining renaissance continues. The latest establishment to open in the neighborhood? Cabana Breeze Bar & Grill, an all-day dining spot complete with alfresco seating. The tiki-inspired joint serves up rum cocktails and long-standing Hong Kong crowd favorites: think seafood, grilled bites, and pizza freshly baked in a wood fire oven.

Look & Feel: Cabana Breeze’s alfresco area is an inviting space at the decked out with rattan furniture — and of course, cabanas. Inside, there’s plush velvet and leather seating, plus touches of brass and marble throughout.

On the Menu: From the raw bar, take your pick of the likes of Hawaiian tuna poke (HK$148) or salmon tartar (HK$118). No all-day dining menu would be complete without a pizza: think quattro formaggi (HK$155) or parma ham pizza (HK$165) with arugula and shaved aged parmesan. End your meal with desserts like pineapple and rum cake with coconut ice cream (HK$88). The cocktails come with jazzy names like Stormy Lantau (spiced rum, yuzu, demerara sugar, ginger beer and bitters) and Maui Margarita (Mexican pepper-infused tequila, mezcal, lime, pink grapefruit and pineapple juice).

Great For: Day out with your pups in tow, after a hike.

FYI: Don’t miss the “Tiki social hour” from 3-8pm on weekdays. This happy hour session gets you selected beers, wines and spirits from HK$48.
