Rich and Exotic Flavours of the Middle East, North Africa, and The Mediterranean: Bushra is a new venue that’s offering the rich and exquisite flavors of the Middle East, North Africa, and The Mediterranean—with an exotic Arabian fantasy decor. This place is going to be great for anyone who’s looking for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine with a lively Beirut lounge-club vibe.
Look & Feel: The space is striking and beautiful. It has a subtle gold color scheme, bold curved shapes, and traditional Indian wooden Mughal gates—like a scene from Arabian Nights with a dash of Bollywood Bijou. All of this is connected to an atmospheric secret garden and shisha terrace that whisks you off your feet. You’ll also find plenty of guest DJs providing an upbeat lounge vibe similar to nightclubs in Beirut—The best party city in the Middle East.
On the Menu: The team at Bushra has assembled three talented chefs with a great experience in the region’s cuisine: Morocco-born El Mehdi Zenasni, Egypt’s Finest Sakr Tamer, and Najib Farkhoury from Lebanon. While some items on the menu are crowd pleasers that will be familiar to most diners—like Hummus, Falafel, and Lamb Kebab—others are rarely seen in Hong Kong. From cold & hot mezzes like Muhammara and Hot Herbs Garlic Butter Prawns to appetizing main courses such as Beef tagine, Persian chicken pilaf, & Authentic Tandoor Oven dishes, you are guaranteed to fall in love after one bite. What better way to wash it all down than with some signature classic cocktails with a Middle Eastern twist. Of course, we cannot forget the cherry on top—Middle Eastern desserts such as ‘Galaktoboureko’ with semolina, filo pastry, lemon syrup, and pistachio, served with ice cream.
Great for: Foodie Adventurers & those looking for a stylish and classy dinner vibe.
