All the way from London city: From a simple idea conceived on a London rooftop to a restaurant beast with locations across the globe, UK’s popular Burger & Lobster is now heading east. The popular restaurant is making a glitzy entrance to Hong Kong at Ozone, on the 118^th floor of The Ritz-Carlton. The limited time pop-up will be here from March 1 to 18 2023 to offer a plethora of mouth-watering dishes to guests.

Since its inaugural restaurant, the restaurant has remained true to its motto of making two products, burger and lobster. Only the highest quality beef and lobster are used for the menu to satiate diner’s palettes. A must-try on the menu is the classic Mayfair burger with a juicy, charred patty and The Original Lobster, served grilled or steamed.

When? March 1 to 18, 2023

Time? Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Last seating at 2:00 p.m.)| Dinner: 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (Last seating at 10:30 p.m.)
