On the Menu: Expect classic French and other Western created from ingredients sourced straight from Japan. The menu is filled with pastas, risotto, fish and meat options such as Wagyu ribeye and catch of the day, and starters like oysters and tuna and beef tartare. Aside from the set lunch and dinner, there’s also a tasting menu and afternoon tea.

Meet the Chef: David Ibarboure was born to a family of chefs and has worked in the kitchens of various Michelin-starred restaurants, including the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong where he worked under Pierre Gagnaire.
