Premium American Coffee: After debuting in Japan and South Korea, cool Californian coffee chain Blue Bottle Coffee has opened in Hong Kong.

Look & Feel: The cafe is located in a two-storey, 3,000sqft space on Lyndhurst Terrace.

On the Menu: The artisanal roaster and retailer is known for its single origin coffees and cold brews, and boasts over 50 cafes in its native USA. As a rule, its coffees are made from responsibly sourced beans that aren’t out of the roaster for any longer than 48 hours.

FYI: It recently announced a goal to go zero waste within the year.
