Harborside Drinks: If it’s great harbor views, an outdoor terrace, excellent service and drinks you’re after, the Four Seasons’ Blue Bar has all the bases covered.

Look & Feel: With sky-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Victoria Harbour, Blue Bar exudes class and sophistication without being too pretentious. The color scheme is indeed blue, with dark shades behind the bar and brighter pops in the surrounding columns.

On the Menu: It’s not all drinks here. There’s actually a pretty solid menu for bar bites, including the likes of caviar, house-cured salmon, shrimp cocktails, fish ‘n’ chips, beef tartare, peking duck wrap, mini Angus sliders, pizza, grilled steak salad and lobster linguine.

The Service: As you’d expect from the Four Seasons, service is excellent. But you will likely get a hairy eyeball, if not a talking to, if your group is too loud or rowdy. The outdoor terrace isn’t quite as straight-laced, making for a more laidback night out.

Jeng: The complimentary antipasto spread during happy hour from 5:30-7:30pm—where you can snack on crackers, spreads and veggies.

Not So Jeng: Most of the cocktails at Blue Bar are top notch, but for some reason we have never had a good Old Fashioned here.

Great For: Date nights, boozy lunches.
