Taste of ‘Murica: Dining Concepts has taken over the old Grappa’s spot at Pacific Place with American brasserie Bizou.
Look & Feel: Bizou makes the best of its “mall restaurant” status, with a quasi-alfresco dining section out front and a sleek and modern look inside that makes use of neutral grays and browns.
On the Menu: Expect upscaled brasserie fare like chargrilled burgers, Amatriciana pasta, and even filet steaks at Bizou. Cocktails and wines are offered alongside.
Meet the Chef: Swedish American chef Magnus Hansson is at the helm.
Great For: A shopping break, a hearty meal.
