Hello, Hawaii: Poké specialist Aloha has moved from its Quarry Bay outpost to Central.

Look & Feel: The cozy space, painted a light bright blue on the outside, seats about a dozen at a time. There’s a counter to order from, and it’s all about efficient, fast (but slow) food at Aloha.

On the Menu: Signature bowls include tuna with soy sauce; salmon with yuzu miso; and yellowtail with pickled wasabi — all of the sauces are proudly made in-house.

Great For: A quick and healthy lunch.

FYI: Lindsay Jang (of Yardbird fame) and Erik Idos (former Nobu HK head chef and current owner of Chino) are the masterminds behind this venture.
