Book lovers, mark this down on the calendar! The Hong Kong International Literary Festival is back this year from November 5 to 15 with the Rebound Edition. It will be 11 days full of book talks, author sharing, and literary events, from wine tasting and walking tours to writing workshop and a day showcasing Asian fiction.

The Festival Weekend, 11-14 November, will be four exciting days when you can choose among 50 concurrent live and hybrid events at Asia Society and The Fringe Club, plus two evenings of Featured Fiction at Tai Kwun.

This year’s edition will focus on themes of resilience, recovery and mental health, with an emphasis on new fiction and the joy of reading. Headline speakers will include best-selling and award-winning authors Amor Towles, Paula Hawkins, Damon Galgut and Karen McManus, as well as some of the most exciting emerging and established talents from Hong Kong including Kit Fan, Naoise Dolan, Pik-Shuen Fung, Hannah Bent, and Larry Feign, and readings by emerging writers Alice Chan, Virginia Ng and Angus Lee.

In addition to an Online Festival Pass, we are offering Venue Passes to make it easy to spend a day event-hopping. With 20 events free of charge, ticketed online events costing $50 and most live events from $100 to $150. More information to come at http://www.festival.org.hk/the-rebound-edition/
