Kobe’s Best: KOBE ISHIDAYA CO. LTD., a famous restaurant brand from Kobe, Japan that’s known for its authentic premium Japanese Wagyu beef, is opening its first overseas outpost right here in Hong Kong. Opening in December in Central, YAKINIKU ISHIDAYA will host a team of experienced yakiniku masters who will ensure all guests enjoy a meal of sumptuous grilled meats. Created by owner-founder Kiyonori Ishida, the restaurant’s menu will feature over 20 premium beefs of different cuts. Diners will be able to feast on everything from superior Kobe Wagyu to premium meats and seafood, all freshly imported from Japan. Rounding out the offerings are a selection of fresh vegetables and salads, and a drinks list with fine wine, sake, sochu, draught beer, whiskey, and cocktails.

When? YAKINIKU ISHIDAYA will open on December 11.
