Pig Out: Rather than a whole turkey, Rhoda is elevating its modern comfort fare with a whole hog from Wicks Manor Farm, complemented with starters such as cured Scottish salmon, heritage beetroot and horseradish cream followed by a buffet-style spread of mains and sides, from roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots, sprouts with bacon and chestnuts, to Pigs in Blankets along with gravy and burnt apple sauce. Guests can expect to enjoy 2.5 hours of free-flow drinks, too.
