Listen Up, Mamas: Treat yourself with Urban Bump Day, a program especially designed to help mamas-to-be relax, rejuvenate and prepare themselves physically and mentally for the arrival of the baby. This retreat, presented by mOM retreat, includes prenatal yoga, meditative activities in preparation for motherhood, one-on-one physiotherapy and naturopathy sessions, facial reflexology and more.

This event is perfect for moms who want to take a few hours of their hectic lives to unwind, pamper themselves and celebrate the beautiful journey of transformation. It is also a great opportunity to meet other like-minded moms.
