Mountain High: The Ultra-Trail Tai Mo Shan is possibly one of the most challenging races in Hong Kong. The 162k course takes runners through forest and mountain trails, and has to be completed in under 42 hours. Sign up as an individual or in a team of two or four. If you’re not quite ready for the Ultra-Trail, there are also the TTF (Tsuen Wan, Ta Shek Wu, Fo Tan) and YTF (Yuen Long, Ta Shek Wu, Fo Tan) races that are 115 and 50km respectively.

When? 8am, January 4-6, 2020.

Where? Starts and ends at Shan Mei Street Playground, Sha Tin.

How much? $2,068 (individual), $4,136 (team of two), $8,272 (team of four).
