Travelling Through Art: The exhibition “Tracing the Fragments“, co-organized by K11 Art Foundation and Q Contemporary, is one of the most comprehensive presentations of Central Eastern Europe art in Hong Kong. The works all come from the artists’ personal experience while containing the quality to resonate further culturally and historically. Because of its unstable geopolitics, Central and Eastern Europe have given rise to many important artists who seek to express and understand the world through art. Not to be missed are the abstract paintings by Hungarian painter Ilona Keserü, which are praised for their powerful portrayals of joy and strength in the midst of political and cultural adversity.
