The Pen is Mightier: The Hong Kong International Literary Festival 2018 will see renowned writers from across the globe descend on the Harbor City to share their insights and inspirations. Of particular note are Arthur R. Kroeber, nephew of the late Ursula K. Le Guin, Irvine Welsh, the author behind “Trainspotting”, and the writers behind the festival’s feminist talks and workshops.
