Redefining Music: Inspired by Buddhist teachings, composer Kam Shing-Hei redefines music through deconstructing sounds in The City concert. Named Mandala, a transliteration from Sanskrit, the concert is divvied up into three parts — Body (身體), Words (文字) and Tathāgata (如來) — where the audience hops on an immersive music journey together with the Buddhist-musician to enjoy and reevaluate music.
