“The Food Is Gorgeous”: The Langham transforms The Food Gallery into a new health-conscious dining spot TFG, short for “The Food Is Gorgeous”. In TFG’s new umami-rich menu, diners would be presented with a wide selection of salads, hot soups and poké bowls with nutrient-dense veggies, superfoods and flavoursome proteins. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by so many options.
If you are finding it difficult to choose, try TFG’s new poké bowls. The Australian Bowl, made with pan-fried Tasmanian salmon, avocado, egg, mango, kale, quinoa and brown rice, is the classic summer rice bowl that you can never get sick of. For those who are looking for some more fun, try the Mexican Bowl with Cajun chicken, kale, avocado, jalapeno, feta cheese, and black beans with three-grain rice. Of course, guests with a vegetarian diet are not left out in this. The HongKongese Bowl, made with Omni Pork and mushroom ball, tofu, sweet corn, quinoa, egg, avocado, onion, white rice and berry balsamic dressing, would make for a great low-impact lunch option.
