Super Romantic: Enjoy a night of indulgence with a four-course “Romance of the Moon” Valentine’s Day Dinner for two at Mira Moon Hotel’s Spanish restaurant, Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail.

Kick off the special dinner with tapas to share, like the blue mussel pintxos with avruga caviar, Hokkaido scallop ceviche, or deep-fried crispy cod fish croquetas; before delving into a rich and creamy chestnut soup with duck foie gras, grilled pearl onions and crème fraiche.

The main course includes your choice of succulent grilled Australian grain-fed rib-eye with patatas riojanas and chimichurri; or a traditional Spanish seafood fideuà with king prawns, baby squid and clams.

A bubbly champagne-based rosé cocktail is then served with a rose meringue with strawberry coulis and marshmallow and raspberry chocolate tarts. On, and did we mention? The dinner includes two champagne-based rose cocktail pairings.

When you’re all done, remember to check out Supergiant’s al fresco secret garden for the perfect finish!

When? February 14, 2017, from 6pm to 10:30pm.
