Sunday Funday: Sunset Grill, the rooftop grill restaurant at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel, has debuted its first Sunday brunch offering. Amidst its bright, airy interiors and alfreso terrace, the restaurant’s brunch offers a whole range of foodie experiences for its Sunday brunch. Free-flow mains are served tapas-style and include indulgent dishes like Crab Benedict, tender Slow-cooked Brandt Beef Cheeks, and flavorful Seared Hokkaido Scallops. Over at the antipasti counter, you’ll find the signature Steak Tartare, along with Foie Gras Torchon, 100-day Grain-Fed Beef Carpaccio, alongside fresh salads. A live-action seafood bar dishes up fresh-from-the-ocean delights such as whole Boston lobster, crabs, oysters, prawns, and clams. To complete the experience, guests can sate their sweet tooth on freshly-baked cakes and pastries, like Baileys Cheesecake, Strawberry Mille-Feuille, and Tiramisu, and enjoy free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, house wines, sodas, and juices. To up the ante, there’s also a Bloody Mary Trolley that will be doing the rounds to offer tableside cocktails.
