Afternoon Delight: Afternoon tea is a signature ritual of the St. Regis brand, and in Hong Kong, it gets an ever-so-slightly spin – sweet and savory bites are delivered on trolleys mimicking the traditional local dim sum carts. In another unique twist, guests can select up to eight pieces from the offered array – translation: if you want an all-savory afternoon tea, this is your chance! For the summer, the options include the New York Deli (smoked salmon, baby onion bagel, Kiri cheese); Jamòn (Iberico ham, lemon zest, asparagus, cream cheese, chive, puff pastry); The French Dream (vanilla pastry cream, dark chocolate glaze); and the British Bake-off (chiffon sponge, whipped mascarpone Chantilly, toasted almond, preserved fruit). Settle into the splendor of The Drawing Room, pair the treats with a selection of 12 craft teas from local tea brand Plantation (or perhaps indulge in a glass of bubbly!)
