Edible Art: Four Seasons hotel has engaged resident chefs Kazumi Sawada (Seoul) and Andrea Accordi (Hong Kong) to create a special art-inspired tasting menu this month. The Mastro/Shisho seven-course menu will be a play on textures, aromas and colors and pay homage to the concept of kaiseki in traditional Japanese cuisine. Expect decadent ingredients like sea urchin and Mayura beef as well as a Hokkaido pumpkin dessert.
