Afternoon Tea Infused With Homegrown Flavors: Starting this autumn, Salisterra at The Upper House Hong Kong will serve afternoon tea sets featuring Ān Soy, the brainchild of two-Michelin-starred TATE Dining Room and innovative soy-focused MORA restaurant Chef Vicky Lau. Aspired to treat its guests with homegrown flavors and to give the humble ingredient soy a gourmet makeover, the House is releasing a new afternoon tea menu, allowing diners to re-explore the taste of the simple superfood. 

Start your afternoon with a glass of Ān’s Nature Soy Milk or Black Sesame Soy Milk. Delightful bites designed by Executive Chef Cary Docherty will then be served, such as Belly Bao BLTs, 10-spice Curried Beef Brisket Puffs, Scones with Salisterra’s subtly numbing Szechuan Raspberry Jam, Mango and Pomelo Delights, Milk Tea Custard Bombolinis, and “Bellini Surprise” peach soup infused with a secret ingredient that will tickle the taste buds.
