West Meets East: BRICK LANE’s five-course CNY dinner menu ($388) will feature some interesting Chinese twists to its usual British flair, starting with a complimentary oolong tea-infused, whisky-based cocktail. A refreshing plum salad cleanses the palate, and is followed by a hearty chicken consommé. There are three choices for the main: a baked quail that comes with black bean sauce; a beef tenderloin served with homemade porcini turnip cake; or tiger prawn linguine. Dessert is a rich chocolate tart with Chantilly cream and berries.

To make your CNY dinner even more enjoyable, BRICK LANE Admiralty will be offering a free-flow dessert bar to complement your front-row CNY fireworks viewing from the CITIC Tower on January 29.
