Sports Month: Has it been four years already? The Summer Olympics is about to kick off in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, starting with a grand opening ceremony on August 5 (that’s August 6 HK time). This year, there will be 205 countries vying for medals in 42 different sports disciplines.
Highlights: Everything from gymnastics to synchronized swimming to beach volleyball to wrestling will be featured, as well as lesser-known sports like handball and modern pentathlons. This year will also mark the debut of the rugby sevens as an olympic event.
