Preserving Film: Reel To Reel Film Heritage comes back this year its film festival that encourages the discussion of film preservation, restoration, and conservation via a screening a selected series under three sections: “A Quick History of Film Technology: Gauges and Aspect Ratios”, “Contemporary Creative Works with Celluloid” and “Rediscover and Restructure: Chinese-language Lost Gems and Restored Classics”.
