Start with Oscietra Caviar Crostini, Smoking Petuna Ocean Trout with Truffle and Honey, and Robbins Island Grain-fed Wagyu Sirloin. Then move onto a cheeseboard sourced from France, the UK and Spain. To finish, the his-and-hers dessert features white chocolate raspberry Champagne jelly, white truffle light cream coconut crumble, smoked dark chocolate mousse truffle pear jelly with salted caramel cream, and a dark chocolate crumble.
