Priced at $1,880 (including a bottle of Cloudy Bay wine or Veuve Cliquot Champagne), you and your amour will feast on all types of luxe produce from all over the world. Start with Oscietra Caviar Crostini, Smoking Petuna Ocean Trout with Truffle and Honey, and Robbins Island Grain-fed Wagyu Sirloin. Then move onto a cheeseboard sourced from France, the UK and Spain. To finish, the his-and-hers dessert features white chocolate raspberry Champagne jelly, white truffle light cream coconut crumble, smoked dark chocolate mousse truffle pear jelly with salted caramel cream, and a dark chocolate crumble.
