The decadent menu includes six courses along with specially crafted his-and-her cocktails. Move onto a trio of platters – Grouper Fillet with Black Crispy Garlic and Asparagus; Wild Duck Double-boiled Soup with Dendrobium, Duck & Foie Gras Dumplings; Chef’s Special of Lamb Belly and Milk-Fed Baby Lamb Rank – all accompanied by a Long Fashioned for him and a Pink Woman for her. Finish on a sweet note with Petit Fours and a Fontainebleau dessert featuring strawberry juice, honey, and strawberry sorbet.
