An Observer’s Perspective: The protests that rocked Hong Kong last year upended life as we knew it. Though the situation has become calmer, its effects on citizens’ psyches has been profound. To process his feelings surrounding the protests, well-known local artist Chow Chun-fai painted a series of works depicting what happened, using photojournalistic shots and live-stream stills as reference showing at Gallery Exit.
