For the Love of Pinot Noir: Pinot Palooza was launched in 2012 by Australian entrepreneur Dan Sims, who loved pinot noir so much he decided to dedicate an entire festival to it. Since then, 11 editions have taken place in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore… and now, Hong Kong. Expect to enjoy over 100 wines from 50 producers amidst live music and food by the likes of The Flying Elk and John Anthony.
