Meet the Press: Authors Diora Fong Chan and Kei Lum Chan will be signing copies of their latest work, an epic 700-plus-page tome called CHINA: THE COOKBOOK, at Joint Publishing book store in Wan Chai this Saturday. The project is backed by Phaidon, and is part of a series of regional cookbooks printed by the international publisher. CHINA: THE COOKBOOK contains more than 650 recipes from across the country, including the eight major culinary regions.
