Seasonal Spanish Meals: OM Tapas, a popular Spanish restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, is embracing the Christmas spirit with two exclusive dinner and brunch menus just for the festive season. Both menus highlight the best of Spanish cuisine and ingredients, using exclusive produce like Iberico pork, Pedro Ximenez wine, and piquillo peppers. The five-course dinner menu includes a tapas platter to start, a soup course of Sea Urchin Souvide Egg Lobster Bisque, a choice of mains including Carved Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, Beef Trio, Pedro Ximinez Iberico Pork Rack, and Seared Cod Ink Puree. Guests will also enjoy a Seafood Paella, and dessert selection of Churros & Chocolates or Basque Burnt Cheesecake. The extensive, all-you-can-eat brunch menu includes a huge range of sharing plates, including croquettes, garlic shrimp, aioli calamari, tapenade toast, potato bravas, and creme catalan. Diners will also enjoy their choice of mains, which includes dishes like carved turkey and trimmings, seafood paella, piquillo cod brandada.
