Cultivating Kindness, One Breath at a Time: The Loop HK is a proud media partner for the #namastayathome 75-minute virtual Yin Yang yoga class on May 1, 2020 that is designed to help you find your balance and keep you centered amidst the challenges you may be facing. Yoga teachers Doris and Holly will lead you through some Breathing and Meditation exercises, an active and dynamic Yang Yoga (strengthening) practice, followed by a restorative and calming Yin Yoga (softening) practice. This class is open to people with all experience levels  — beginners included!

To extend our heartfelt gratitude to medical workers who are working extremely hard and risking their lives to fight the virus, this class is FREE of charge for anybody working in the medical field.

For everyone else, we kindly ask for a minimum of HK$100 donation that will go to Women Helping Women, a non-profit charitable organization created by women for women. Their mission is to impact our society by raising awareness of violence against underprivileged women and children, and to provide effective programs that educate, support and empower women in Hong Kong.

Icing on the cake? All participants will be getting goodies sponsored by Sweaty Betty, The ENTERTAINER, and MindBeauty!

When? Friday, 9am to 10:15am, May 1, 2020 (Labour Day public holiday).
Where? Online Class via Zoom.
