Dogs of the Windy City: Black Sheep Restaurants is at it again, this time with a simple yet delicious pop-up dedicated to Chicago-style hot dog. In the basement of LANDMARK, the Midway Beef Dogs pop-up is whipping up hot dogs in the authentic Windy City style. That means all-beef sausages nestled in freshly-baked poppyseed buns and topped with yellow mustard, relish, pickled peppers, tomatoes, a pickle, minced onions, and a sprinkling of celery salt. Pair it with a soda ($20/$40)—may we suggest a Dr Pepper—and you’ve got the quintessential American grab-and-go snack.
