All-Star Evening: The Michelin Guide has partnered up with Robert Parker Wine Advocate and Melco Crown Entertainment to host a series of star-studded dinners, starting with a Gala Dinner in Macau on November 11.
Chefs Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation (Hong Kong), Tam Kwok Fung of Jade Dragon (Macau), Shinji Kanesaka of Sushi Kanesaka (Tokyo), and Björn Frantzén of Frantzen (Stockholm) — whose restaurants have all received Michelin-star rankings — will be among the list of stars showcased in the six-course dinner, paired with Robert Parker-recommended wines. The visuals for the night will be handled by Hollywood costumer designer Manuel Albarran, who will be sticking to the theme of the five “senses.”
