Mediterranean Musings: Just in time for the festive season, LPM Restaurant & Bar is debuting three new winter dishes and a winter-themed cocktail, all of which are designed to take the edge off the chill of the cooler months. Created by Head Chef Maurizio Pace and boasting authentic Mediterranean flavors, these exclusive additions can be enjoyed alongside the restaurant’s normal à la carte menu. Kick things off with the Pumpkin Risotto with Cèpes ($248), which features Japanese pumpkin, cheese, butter, and the strong flavors of cèpe mushroom; move onto the exquisite Grilled Blue Lobster ($488) laced with lemon and orange juice, parsley, and chilli; and enjoy the flavors of the sea with the Grilled Whole Turbot ($1,200) which comes lightly seasons with salt, garlic, and lemon juice. Don’t forget to raise a toast to the holidays with the new Le Rambault cocktail ($125) made with calvados, dry curaçao, spiced apple compot, and lemon juice, then garnished with powdered cinnamon sugar.
