Guilt-Free Seafood: Enjoy your seafood sustainably with the help of the month-long Kin Hong Seafood Festival, back for its second edition. Restaurants across the city — from the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse to Elephant Grounds cafe — will be serving up special dishes created with certified sustainable seafood throughout the month in order to raise awareness of responsible dining. Keep a look out for panel discussions and one-off dinner events, too.
