Yoga Refresh: IRIS, the annual yoga and wellness outdoor festival is back! Organizers announced that it will launch a special edition this year at The Grounds, a socially-distanced entertainment venue tucked under the harbourfront observation wheel in Central. There’s going to be alternating sessions of yoga and fitness classes, led by the region’s leading fitness and yoga instructors, as well as performances later during the evening. The classes range from the slower hatha yoga to the faster vinyasa yoga, hip hop yoga and some fun hip hop yoga and dance cardio.
