More whisky? Yes, please. Set to be the biggest whisky event to take place in the city, the Hong Kong Whisky Festival 2016 is debuting at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong on February 20.
The festival promises to bring thirsty Hongkongers over 55 whisky labels (57, to be exact!) as well as a full schedule of master classes, pairing lunches and ample opportunity to taste-test whiskies from Scotland, Japan, Taiwan, Sweden, Australia and even India.
Peat enthusiasts will appreciate the dedicated “Peat Pavilion” where you can sip on smoky malts while throwing back oysters and sea urchin. Tough stuff! If you find a bottle you love, you can take it home at the Dram Shop, which is offering free delivery for bulk buys in case you go a little wild.
