Hong Kong is showing some love for food trucks this year, starting with a first-ever Food Truck Festival at PMQ. Taking place from May 4-8 2016, the festival will feature four different trucks and 15 markets booths selling snacks, crafts, and locally made products.

Look for casual, easy-to-eat snacks from some of Hong Kong’s best brands, including soft, gooey HOMIE COOKIES,  fried chicken and waffles from Boomshack, as well as lobster sandwiches, spicy hot dogs, and a lineup of Korean street foods too.

In addition to casual bites, the festival will also play host to specialty pop-ups such as Boomf, which prints custom marshmallows from pictures.

$30 per person. May 4, 6-10pm; May 5-7, 11am-10pm; May 8, 11am-9pm. PMQ, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central. Purchase tickets online at Timable
