To Each Their Own: BRICK LANE is offering a Valentine’s Day couple’s dinner menu that is designed with Him and Her in mind. For Her, the meal will start with a romantic sake and rose cocktail, followed by a glass of white. To go with the drinks is a salmon tartare and truffle mushroom soup, followed by an Alaskan king crab for main course. For Him, a whisky and oolong-based cocktail kicks things off, followed by a glass of red. Appetizers of seared foie gras and truffle mushroom soup pave the way for a Prime USDA ribeye main. Dessert is sharing only: a skillet-cooked pancake with vanilla ice-cream and golden syrup — sweet!

Bonus: Couples dining at BRICK LANE Admiralty on Valentine’s Day will be able to enjoy an alfresco “Movie-on-the-Terrace”, complete with free popcorn.
