Lost in Nostalgia: Hong Kong painter and comic artist Yeung Hok-tak is beloved for his colorful and humorous depictions of everyday Hong Kong sceneries from the past, from public housing estates and old buses to Star Ferry and the Clock Tower. The exhibition, showcasing over 40 of Yeung’s new works from the past two years, is a poignant reflection on the strange sense of displacement as a city inevitably changes, and the familiar becomes increasingly distant.
