Besides the Homemade Scones with clotted cream and sweet jam, the tea set also includes 5 bite-size delights such as the Golden Bee Macaron, Honey Mango with Yogurt Panna Cotta and Crispy Yogurt, Honey Lemon with Yuzu Cake in Royal Cream, Royal Mango Napoleon with Gold Leaf, Tahitian Mango Cream, Mascarpone Cream with Raspberry Rose Marmalade Tart and a free-flow of Honey Yogurt Soft Serve Ice Cream. On the same handmade tea stand, guests will also find Crab Meat Salad and Caviar with Cracker, Parma Ham Grissini, Melon Ball with Honey Pearl Caviar, slow-braised Iberico Pork Belly Vol-au-vent with Quail Egg, Mozzarella Cheese, Watermelon and Cucumber Skewer, and the chef recommended Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Truffle Scrambled Eggs and Salmon Roe, for something savory.
