Cream of the Crop: This festival offers five performances: a rendition of Verdi’s Rigoletto by Opera Hong Kong, a performance by Italian musical group Cappella Andrea Barca helmed by conductor and pianist András Schiff, a recital by German violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter, a performance of operetta The Merry Widow and, perhaps most notably, three concerts by the London Symphony Orchestra, who will be accompanied by seven-time Grammy Award-winning pianist Emanuel Ax.
