Fish & Wine: Ever heard of orange wines? What about pairing wine with sashimi? If you’re an oenophile looking for a wine dinner that’s a little more off-the-wall, this evening of orange wine and omakase might be just up your alley. According to Japanese dining experts, orange or amber wine perfectly complements raw fish. The sumptuous tasting menu features six sushi and sashimi prepared by chef Andy — who will demonstrate his preparation skills face-to-face on the night — paired with six organic orange wines from Georgia, Croatia and the Jura region of France.
